Ridgeport GmbH ("we") operates the Ridgeport observability platform. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we process

Telemetry you send us (metrics, logs, traces), account details, and usage of the product. Telemetry is stored in the region you select and is never sold.

Retention

Telemetry follows your plan's retention window. Account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted within 30 days of closure.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure subprocessors for hosting and email. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from the workspace, or by contacting privacy@pushbyte.cc.
